England v Sweden

Has to be best game so far, England took lead, then lost it,
And then regained lead, showed fighting spirit come back
with Hodgson in charge has given them a new least of life.
England are the Underdogs this time, pressure off of them.
With Rooney back 3rd game will strengh our attack.
Maybe England will get stronger when competition goes on.
Steve Gerrard, sure to score soon,nearly did against Sweden.

Am tempting to back England at 12/1, don t forget Greece
was unfancied and went on win it years ago.

Portugal v Denmark

Another fine game, Denmark was unlucky not to get least a point.
Portugal was lucky to win it, after load of chances they missed,
So think Portugal will scrape thru, with the expence of Holland.
Very dissapointed with Holland, glad id did nt back them at the start,
their odds way to short.

I do think the standard of refeering has been higher than the Premiership.

It looks to me like the referees went on a refresher course and have stricter instructions on dealing with incidents.

There has also been less "surrounding of the refs" when a decision is made, so the players have played their part. The Team managers have also not been chasing the officials down the line.

When players have tried to "con the refs" this has also been picked up and dealt with, and overall it has made the games more entertaining with a lot less stoppages.

The most vocal supporters it seems have also not "influenced decisions" which happens every week in the Premiership, where our refs get intimidated to give a home decision.

Lets hope the premiership mangers, players and refs take note.

Holland very dissapointed with them.
1: Did nt expect them, to go away with nul points ,i bet
that was very very long odds.
Asthought Holland would got to Semi Final at least, after getting to
World Cup final.
Glad id didnt back Holland their odds were far too short.

2: Russia: Dissapointed with one of my bets, after great start i thought
i would have run for my money, but now seems its difficult to predict
football results now, just like the premiership with the twists and
turns every few weeks, now getting freak results in Euro to.

Least my other bet still running , and hope they can go and
do a Greece who was also unfancied few years ago.
