I will place my tips for Australian Basketball (NBL) Games under this topic.

Round 3
New Zealand Breakers (2-0) vs Melbourne Tigers (0-2) in Auckland, NZ
I expect the Melbourne Tigers to bounce back after losing there first 2 games of the season. The first loss of the Season they were unlucky losing to the Sydney Kings on Friday 15th October 2010 and there 2nd loss of the season was by 25 points to the defending champions the Perth Wildcats on Sunday 24 October 2010.
The New Zealand Breakers were lucky to win both times. There first win of the season was against the Sydney Kings on Saturday 16 October 2010 where Sydney had to travel from Melbourne to Sydney overnight while the New Zealand Breakers were already in Sydney. There 2nd win was on Wednesday 20 October 2010 against the defending champions in the Perth Wildcats but they were behind all day in the game and used a get out of jail free card to just win by 2 points.
Prediction: Melbourne Tigers by 6
Record: 4-7
Gold Coast Blaze (1-1) vs Cairns Taipans (1-1) in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
Gold Coast Blaze lost there first game of the season on Friday 15 October 2010 to the runners-up in the comp last year in the Wollongong Hawks by 6 points. Before going on to win there 2nd game of the year on Sunday 24 October 2010 against the Townsville Crocodiles by 4 points in overtime.
Cairns Taipans lost there first game to the Townsville Crocodiles in Townsville on Saturday 16 October 2010 by 9 points. Cairns then went on to win their next game against the Adelaide 36ers in Cairns on Saturday 23 October 2010 by 11 points.
Prediction: Gold Coast Blaze by 8
Record: 5-7
Perth Wildcats (1-2) vs Wollongong Hawks (2-0) in Perth, Western Australia, Australia
Defending Champions the Perth Wildcats were given a tough 3 game road trip to start their title defence. They had to travel to Adelaide where they lost to the 36ers by 5 points on Sunday 17 October 2010. They then had to travel to New Zealand to take on the Breakers who they lost to by 2 points on Wednesday 20 October 2010 before travelling back to Melbourne and defeating the Tigers by 25 points on Sunday 24 October 2010. I would expect the Wildcats to be to strong for there first home game of the year at Challenge Stadium (The Jungle) in the Grand Final rematch. It is the first game back to the Court where they won the Championship last year.
Runners-Up from last season the Wollongong Hawks have won there first 2 games of the season but would have nightmares of coming back to the court where they lost last year's Championship. There first win of the season was in Wollongong against the Gold Coast Blaze on Friday 15 October 2010 which they won by 6 points. There second win of the season was also in Wollongong against the Townsville Crocodiles on Friday 22 October 2010 which they won by 1 point. This is the first time Wollongong have travelled this season.
Prediction: Perth Wildcats by 15

Townsville Crocodiles (1-2) vs Sydney Kings (1-1) in Townsville, Queensland, Australia
The Townsville Crocodiles have been unlucky at the start of the season. There first game of the Season they defeated the Cairns Taipans in Townsville on Saturday 16 October 2010 by 9 points. There second game of the season they lost to the Wollongong Hawks in Wollongong on Friday 22 October 2010 by 1 point with 0.6 seconds to go in the game and there third game of the year they lost to the Gold Coast Blaze in Gold Coast on Sunday 24 October 2010 by 4 points in overtime.
The Sydney Kings were lucky to win there first game against Melbourne Tigers in Melbourne on Friday 15 October 2010 even though they won by 16 points. There second game of the season they were unlucky to lose as they played the next night on Saturday 16 October 2010 and had to travel from Melbourne to Sydney overnight when they lost to the New Zealand Breakers by 13 points.
Prediction: Townsville Crocodiles by 10

Adelaide 36ers (1-1) vs Wollongong Hawks (2-0) in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
The Adelaide 36ers defeated the defending champions in there first game in Adelaide on Sunday 17 October 2010 by 5 points before losing there second game to the Cairns Taipans in Cairns on Saturday 23 October 2010 by 11 points.
The Wollongong Hawks could be 2-1 going in to this game on Sunday 31 October 2010 after they play the Perth Wildcats in Perth on Friday 29 October 2010.
Prediction: Adelaide 36ers by 12
