The new scoring has certainly gave the league a new look with plenty of points being made.

Its made it more open with one good outsider being placed sweeping people
through the field, competition more open thats for sure,
Would've been interesting to see how the old scores matched up this month
to the new ones, but hey ho Smile

I even managed to get stuffed yesterday by Barney Curley on a day when he didn't have a runner ! :x :rant:

I had got the list of Lay tips ready and as I happened to place tips in alphabetical racecard order , Yarmouth was the last.

By the time I got to Yarmouth , BC had withdrawn Elusive Hawk , so I managed to change the tip to Dannios ( it was a toss up which I put in anyway but eventually chose the Hawk ). If he had waited 5 minutes I would already have laid Elusive Hawk and would not have managed to change. Fortunately I did so at the lowest stake of the day so damage was limited.

For this month im going to try and stick with one a day comp only for my tips in the tipping comp as well and bet small apart from the odd time. GL Team.
