|
|
|
Before i go into the details of this blog, I'm a Wigan fan and i may be delusional and biased but i think once more we can hang on to survival.
Roberto Martinez was quoted after our last game that we would win 8 out of our last 16 games If he is right it must mean there's money to be made, if not Wigan go down. So to summarise im willing to put my faith in Wigan and Martinez and put aside 1600 Points which will be 100 points per game.
1st Game (Nice and easy fixture)
Tottenham v Wigan @ 15.00
Starting Bank=1600 Points
New Bank=1500 Points
P/L= -100 _________________ Dataform Rating System

I would be inclined to do this the other way round. It's very much a big success or a devestating failure for you. Wigan will either stay up, and at the same time, win you some cash. Or they'll go down, and you'll be doubly devestated cos you'll have lost a fair amount.
I'd probably go the other way, so even if my beloved team did get relegated, I'd have some dough to console me. And if they stay up, I don't mind so much that I lost a wad
Good luck anyway |

Absolute terrible first half, probably the most one sided i have ever saw.
Second half was a lot lot better could have and should have scored 5-6 in the last ten minutes if only sammon had done better. Play like that for the next 15 games and we could survive _________________ Dataform Rating System

Matty if you had carried this on you would have been well in profit with the wins at Liverpool and Arsenal and the win at home over Man Utd.
Hope you backed them all with real money |

I was only thinking about this blog the other day, wish i would have stuck with it see how much money i would have been in profit and i usually put a few quid on us to win anyway. Just so happy with the way we are playing now, win against Fulham on Saturday should secure another season _________________ Dataform Rating System

1088/1 the treble with Ladbrokes for us to beat Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal
We always seem to put in our worse performance of the season vs Fulham away since we beeen in Prem, like you say one more win and we should be safe esp if it against Blackburn. |

Brought back down to earth today
And brought back into the mix, the game against blackburn is massive, just hoping Tottenham beat QPR tonight and Villa beat Bolton midweek _________________ Dataform Rating System

Remaining Fixtures:
Wigan
Newcastle
Blackburn
Wolves
QPR
Tottenham
Chelsea
Stoke
Man City
Blackburn
Tottenham
Wigan
Chelsea
Bolton
Villa
Sunderland
Tottenham
West Brom
We need Tottenhan to win against all 3 and Chelsea to win against QPR and Blackburn, looking at it we have the easiest run in except possibly Bolton _________________ Dataform Rating System
