Joey Barton and now Gary Lineker having a ding dong on twitter, barton not stopped all night and to me should now have the book thrwon at him for not only is antics on the pitch, but now on a public site giving abuse to fellow sports people and the public.....great role model. _________________ LAY_BLOG +65.60 IN 13Days

English League One
Sheffield Utd v Stevenage
After the draw (0-0), of the first match, Sheffield is the most possible winner, because the team is strong in home ground. Stevenage, has a very good defence. This is an advantage in away ground matches, I wait for an over 2,5 goals score but there will be no goal in the first 10 minutes. _________________ Tired of normal betting. Funny though Jaw Lineker has no right giving any lectures..
I see Gary Neville has been given a coaching role for England |

FC NORDSJAELLAND v ODENSE OB
FC Nordsjaelland have the chance to go top tonight with a win over Odense OB and recent form puts them in pole position for all three points. In fifteen home games this season, FC Nordsjaelland have won eleven times, drawing two and losing two. There unbeaten in there last five games home / away, whilst winning all four of there last four home games. They've conceded just nine goals in fifteen games this season, an average of 0.6 goals per game. They've scored twenty six goals in those fifteen games, an average 1.73 per game. They've kept sixty percent clean sheets.
Odense OB haven't won any of there last eleven games home / away and they have lost three of there last five away games, drawing the other two. They have conceded in all of there last five away games and have failed to score in three of those five games. Odense OB have failed to score in almost a third of there away games this season and they face a tough defensive team tonight.
FC NORDSJAELLAND (TO WIN TO NIL) @2.88 Bet365
FC NORDSJAELLAND (CORRECT SCORE) #2-0 @7/1 Bet365

Afternoon..
Looking at tonights game between sheff utd v stevenage, and the more i look at it,the more i fancy Stevenage to win.
Usually quite decent in defence and can see them keeping it very tight in the first 30mins,and then try and steal a goal...
Stevenage Draw No Bet 5/2 PaddyPower...Gl |

Yup
Nordsj look a back for me but I reckon it'll be a struggle somewhat some I'm going to put a back of around 1.8 up to 2.0 for the home win and hope I get matched during the course of the game. It's in their hands now after FCK have somehow managed to put themselves in the poo poo.
later on I'll be focusing on the German Bundesliga 2 relegation playoff but keeping a wary eye on Bramall Lane.
After having a quick scoot around the net and I'm no Bundesliga 2 / 3 expert, the general consensus is that Karlsruhe had the better of the first leg (1-1) and should seal the deal tonight at home. Reading between the lines I don't think Jan Regensburg are yet ready for the step up, one of their main men is off to Augsburg and I don't think they have it financially.
Sheffield United v Stevenage, dunno, probably low scoring as most of the play off games have been so far, seeing as I come from Yorkshire I hope The Blades don't choke but this game will have to be a watching brief, give it 20 mins and see how it's shaping up.

Sheffield Untied v Stevenage
It is clear for all to see that the court case and subsequent incarceration of C.Evans has affected the team, without there leading goal scorer they failed to win their last 4 games in the season, their last win was 3-1 against Leyton Orient, before that C.Evans had scored in every other game.that's a goal every two games. He scored 29 goals in the league, the next closest is Williamson with 13 but is a mid-fielder. the other strikers have 16 goals combined. and with Ex-Stoke,Rangers,Blackpool James Beattie failing to score a single goal since he joined Sheffield Utd & add the fact he got sent off in last game of the season(guess he had a holiday already booked ) they are missing an out and out striker who is the teams focal point and would give the opposition defenders a nightmare(ie Drogba) People often say the is nothing like a one man team, but i think without C.Evans 29 goals, they would be mid-table reason i say that is because Sheffield Utd scored 92 goals take away C.Evans 29 goals, they would have a just 63 goals, that would be same as Brentford who sit in 9th. Sheffield Utd missed out on automatic promotion spot by just three points, thus getting piped by fierce rivals Sheffield Wednesday. If C.Evans had been in the team they would have probably won 1 of the last 4 games and would have been promoted due to superior goals difference. i know the 32,000 home fans will play a big part but i cant see where the goals will come from, especially after relying on 1 player so much all season, then having to change an entire formation to bring in a new striker to fill in. this are the strikers left stats Hoskin 2 goals,Beattie 0 goals,Cresswell 9 goals,Porter 5 goals,Chapell 0 goals
Stevenage to win 2-0@22/1
M Bostwick to score first@25/1
M Bostwick to score anytime@9/1
Half-time score 0-0 Full-time score Stevenage 2-0@60/1
Albinoleffe v Hellas Verona
Fourth in Serie B playing bottom of the Italian second division league. Hellas have a chance of going tied second with Torino in the promotion spot and would be just 1 point behind top of the league Pescara. this is a must win game if the hope to get the automatic promotion spot. but this is the Italian league so anything can happen.especially since Albino@8/1 for win
Hellas to win 4-0@14/1
Good Luck All |
