Please use this thread for discussions on the weekend's matches.
My personal favourite this weekend will be on Sunday when Newcastle entertain Liverpool with current Newcastle odds over 2/1.
These two sides are evenly matched but at differing ends of the form table. Whilst Newcastle are playing themselves into the Champions League race Liverpool can't buy a win.
Surely Newcastle look a decent bet at home? _________________ @ KanKeano_OLBG | Twitter |

Definitely, two to one seems a great price. But I would fancy a draw in that one.
I'm going to go for:
Stoke to beat Wigan Stoke are away from home and have been playing very well recently, only picked up 2 points in their last 3 but that is respectable against the teams they were playing, didn't look out of depth in any game either. Should be able to continue on with a win and are a good price at 9/5
Bradford to beat plymouth Again looking for an away victory here, Plymouth have been in better form recently, results wise, but Bradford have been unlucky and will feel hard done by to not have picked up more points. They will be desperate to change that and think they could win this battle @over 2.4 in most places
Half tempted by Norwich to bet Fulham, anyone have an opinion on that one? |

Can't help but agree, KK
The prices are absurd.
Newcastle best price 3,12
Liverpool best price 2.5
If Newcastle were going to Anfield and were 8 points behind Liverpool in the league, having just lost 2 games on the bounce against relegation fodder, Liverpool would be odds-on
Lots of geordie old boys in the Liverpool line up, mind, and Bellamy has now scored almost as many against Newcastle as he did for them, but 2.75 AGS is no value either |

Bradford to beat Plymouth away without basically their entire defense and goalie? I would never go that much counter-logic for a mere 2,90! _________________ Never blue or red, forever green or dead!

Not sure about the 2/1 for the Toon against the Scousers.
We would probably settle for a draw and keep the 8 point gap, therefore the Asian Handicap of slightly better than 4/5 @ Bet365 with the Toon getting +0.25 makes an interesting bet knowing that a draw is a winning bet
The bets i like with my local "Johnny Ridley" Bookies are -
Man City -1 @ 8/13 (15 from 15 at home and 12 by 2 or more goals)
Man Utd -1 @ 10/11 (will want revenge after the 3-2 defeat at home)
Ross Co -1 @ 5/4 (Unbeaten at home, versus 2nd bottom with only 2 away wins all season)
Swindon -1 @ 5/4 (Only 8 goals conceded at home, versus 5 away wins all season and none of last 4) |

| Same ere I wouldn't touch bradford after the 3 midweek red cards for the same reason I was fancying crawley to beat burton but mills and davis are big players for them. Both teams will be unbalanced this weekenf now. So are both no gos in my books. Instead chelsea could be a good play and odds still up at 1.80. Villa are struggling for players. Bent, nzogbia and dunne are all expected out to start with plus others. |

That's true but you are playing well enough to beat them and I think there is a growing belief within the squad and Pardew that they can nick the 4th CL spot. If that's the case they may not want to settle for the draw.
In respect to Liverpool their season hinges on the cup. They may aim for the 5th League position but with the deficit so big to the others I think Kenny will aim for the FA Cup. After all they have nothing to gain apart from money and their pride by pushing for 5th after sewing up a Europa League spot with the League Cup win. _________________ @ KanKeano_OLBG | Twitter |

Bolton look a fair price at 21/10 to win at Wolves. The Trotters are enjoying an upturn in form at the right time while Wolves look they've lost the plot particularly at home.
Wolves have already lost home matches to fellow strugglers QPR and Blackburn. By contrast, 3 of Bolton's 4 away wins came at QPR, Blackburn and Wigan, so would expect them to be good enough to win at Molineux. |

Couldn't agree more, I don't have too much confidence backing either of these teams right now, but Bolton at over 2/1 look very good value to me. |
