Get ready to rumble!!!
this is it ... the final game.
Dwayne Wade's fitness is seriously in doubt = Miami's chances seriously in doubt.
Wade's absence in Game 6 was sorely missed. I thoroughly believe that his excellent form was a key factor to Miami's superb run in the playoffs. At the moment all signs are pointing to a Detroit WIN, though my heart is with Miami.
Anyone care to comment? _________________ what do i know anyway??

i am going for Miami -2.
i had been taken in by this Miami team previously when they said that Shaq was doubtful (i think towards the end of the regular season), then on match day he shows up and Miami whallups the opponent.
i think Miami fancy their chances more at home that's why Wade was not risked in Detroit.
so i'm going to call their bluff this time. |

Ipoh, eventhough i agree with you about Wade not being risked in Game 6 and being saved for Game 7. I am certain they have to play Wade in Game 7 as they need him sorely.
You say Shaq will light up the night, but I always remember that 1 big man cannot win it alone. When Shaq was in Orlando he had Anfernee Hardaway, in LA he had Kobe Bryant (dont like him), now in Miami he has Dwayne Wade.
Dwayne got injured... and everyone knows it extremely difficult to come back from an injury. Even if he did play, I suspect his form will dip. All it would take is another "knock" into Wade... which would be sufficient to have him on the bench. If he could have fought of the pain, he would have played in Game 6 to end the series there. Why play game 7? (unless it's a bookie trap)
Unless the rest of Miami steps up ... I see Detroit trouncing Miami.
my bet >>>> [size=28:c7f194b7ad]DETROIT PISTONS
Go for the outright Detroit win as it pays better... Good Luck.
ps: heart is with Miami, money with Detroit. _________________ what do i know anyway?? |

oh yes... this match up kinda familiar too.
Remember last year's NBA Finals?? Kobe & Shaq vs Detroit. Everyone was banking on LA. But Detroit surprised everyone... think they gonna do it again. _________________ what do i know anyway?? |

good points there, greenlantern.
i might have been following my heart more than my head on this game after my favourite Suns was knocked out...
however, i have my money on Miami as i'm sentimental and still believe that Miami will win this year after coming so close. Miami has home court and i am banking on the crowd to lift the team against all odds. Everyone, especially the Americans, likes the underdogs and Miami has the makings of the classic against all odds story with their injuries. |

| This is my first ever bet on Basketball, and after reading everyone's opinions and team news i'm gonna be backing the Detroit Pistons! I think Wade and Shaq (even tho both are gonna start) are not physically (maybe even mentally) up for this game! |
