|

Many thanks for the new thred.
OK peeeps time to find the X Factor winner and we may already have found a possble winner but more may reveal themselves over the next few weeks. But before i say anymore I'am off to the bookies tomorrow to place my investment then I will post up my current thinking in the next day or so - these type of markets are very susceptable to a small amounts of money so want some value myself first.
We always have to rememember that in this sort of TV programme we are subject to a lot of manipulation by the producers if they want someone to do well - so keep an eye of any young talented singers (the yonger the better they may do for a time). However having said that we normely get 3 to 3 very good singers at the end of the show who tend NOT to be 16 ish.
Hope Showlad joins us here ASAP!! |

"So for me the bet is to back Cheryl and Danni".
Agreed that looks the best bet currently.
11/4 Cheryl at bet365 and 7/2 Danni - Boyles and Bodog if you have a net account.
More on the winner soon. |

I can't stop listening to Matt Cardle's performance. Love that sort of voice. My favourite so far.
Other favourite was a bloke who only got 30 seconds air time on the first show. He sang R Kelly Turn Back The Hands Of Time. Don't know his name. _________________ Liverpool 1 vs 3 Aston Villa - The moment we got Thumped by the worst Aston Villa Team in Living Memory is the Moment I waved goodbye to ALL European Football For 2013/2014. |

Cher would be good value at 14's but 9/2 way too short to have a flutter, still some episodes to go might be even better people to come!
Cher has had 150,000 views in a day on youtube which is good because normally the other ppl only get 40,000 in a day! _________________ http://www.olbg.com/forum/forum48.html Visit the MMA/UFC/Boxing section! |

Take note of You Tube views (but remember some have been on longer tha others.
These are the leading players so far (with serous auditions rather than funny/crazy ones):
Gamu Nhengu - 1,304,672 views. Will do very well and could win. 10/1
Cher Lloyd - 1,183,140 views . Another possible winner. 4/1 . Too much like her name sake (Cheryl Cole) almost a copy in fact but will go far and this lookalike/singalike thing may win her the contest.
Liam Payne - 183,518 views in two days! Wll go a long long way. Teenage girl vote for sure and can sing this time! 6/1
Shirlena Johnson - 964,978 views
Katie Waisal - 770,792 views
Mary Byrne - 693,407 views. 12/1 - not for me.
Matt Cardle - 149,021 views. In one week.
Looks like a year for a younger winner. Top three in my list all look very good and for sure Liam Payne will make the last four/five due to age/looks/singing right profile but I'am not sure he willl win. At this stage its Gamu Nhengu and Cher Lloyd (poor price) for me but we need to see what else they all can do outside their "comfort zone" (but i do love that youg lady Gamu Nhengu who must have a great future in singing - so talented and so natural). Back Gamu Nhengu and Liam Payne to win (but 6/1 is still poor value at ths stage). |

| We need to remember we may not have seen the winner yet - so hold fire a while longer I think. |

Also think about the likeable factor though. Has Gamu got that? Got 6 people at my house hold and she hasn't warmed to any of us. I don't think the rumours regarding her voice helped (The sound improvement stuff. Not sure what it is called).

Completely agree here. If you take away the first winner, Steve who was about 35 (And before teenage girls became obsessed with the show). Here are the rest of the winners and their age. PS - I might be a year out on a couple.
Shayne Ward - 21 Years Old
Leona Lewis - 21 Years Old
Leon Jackson - 19 Years Old
Alexandra Burke - 20 Years Old
Joe McElderry - 18 Years Old
Ironically my Mother and Sister both prefer Cher. And me Old Man and the Sister's Boyfriend both preferred Liam Payne. And I still think the younger female generation decide this competition and therefore Cher looks the one.
My personal favourite, Matt Cardle hasn't a chance really. Search Seven Summers though on Youtube and you will see he has the voice for it. But where will the votes come from?
Need to see the rest of the performances first though. But I would dutch anyone decent under the age of 22. _________________ Liverpool 1 vs 3 Aston Villa - The moment we got Thumped by the worst Aston Villa Team in Living Memory is the Moment I waved goodbye to ALL European Football For 2013/2014. |

Keep an eye on Lauren Francis (that won`t hurt at all!)....she has already won singing competitions and has a great voice....and the likeability factor. No harm in risking a couple of bob at 40/1.
Sporting bet at this stage of the game. |
