Playground insults really dont have much effect on me but I will stand up for the stupid people on here. I was the one who asked for the rule about irresponsible postings on here as many people will follow any advice worded in such a thoughtless way thinking they cant lose. Ive seen several people "lump on" and lose their money, including several of the higher profile names on this forum. People get carried away. U can NEVER be certain.
I suspect you will have some penalty points heading your way soon for your irresponsible posting. Your challenging aggressive spirit is deserving of some too. _________________ Positions are available in the OLBG Lottery syndicate. Multiple lines in each draw increases chances of a jackpot. Irresponsible posting (3 points)
Posts that are likely to encourage novices to make poor decisions. For example phrases like "put your house on it", "risk free", "100% certainty" etc (unless clearly a joke) |
Pretty clear cut. _________________ Positions are available in the OLBG Lottery syndicate. Multiple lines in each draw increases chances of a jackpot. Wanna join? Please PM me for info. |

I was not talking in betting terms.
When i mentioned odds i wrote baldwin was more likely to go.
'Won some money tell your friends' do you consider that irresponsible? |

Was mightily impressed by the Tree Task for Dane Bowers last night:
The Tree told Dane to put some Chilli Powder in the Meal some how and completely ruin every1's meal.
HOWEVER - Every1 LOVED the sauce....gutted...but the tree gave him another chance.
Dane then had to wake up in the night, an scream loud enough to wake up the whole room AND get a sympathy hug of a woman.
He got the hug, he gave a celebration of victory pose to the camera in the bathroom....but little did he know, he never managed to wake Vinnie and Ivana up...
Will be interesting tonight _________________

| I cant stand any of them now.Even Vinnies doing my head in.Sisqo still looks a good bet to win @ 12/1.He started off quiet but he is funny and popular now.He is however getting nominated by people purely because they are scared he will win.If he can keep up his humourous side though he should survive the evictions.I actually sont mind Stephen. He is funny sometimes and is starting to wind people up.Unfortunatly theres two evictions on friday and im sure Sisqo wont go so it looks like Stephen and Ivana will be gone. |

| Might be worth a bet. She should go first as she is the most boring but the public never vote like that on these shows. They always keep the boring ones in.Also as they are voting for the one they want to go and not the one they want to save, that will suit the boring ones more as they will be ignored by most voters while people like Stephen will be under most voters radar.I will stay clear of this weeks evictions i think. |

steering this thread back onto the right track again...
the last few days have been great on cbb, its a shame its taken this long for them to show such imagination.
pleased to see nic coming thru as a contender, shes a genuine girl, without the malice of jade. reckon she is winning a few hearts.
i looked up to see how many days we would get out of killing a cow after that cow task. found this (on metafilter) very interesting...
A professor at the Department of Animal and Range Sciences
South Dakota State University has outlined the formula for determining the amount of meat one gets from an average cow. Of course, depending on how you cut the thing up (Are the steaks bone-in? Are we willing to make hamburgers?) the final tally will vary. His middle of the road calculation seems pretty reasonable to me:
Average beef animal, weighed full, 1200 lbs., some bone-in and some boneless steaks and roasts, closely trimmed, regular ground beef:
(.61 X .67) X 1200 = 41% X 1200 = 492 lbs. of meat
Note: The formula he's using relies on "dressing weight" and other variables.
As we're only using a single source here, let's fudge the numbers a bit and say that the amount of meat on a given cow comes to 450 - 500 pounds of beef.
At 16oz/pound that comes to 7,200 oz - 8,000 oz of edible steaks, burgers, etc. on each animal.
If one eats a single 6oz portion every day, it would take between 1,200 and 1,333 days to get through the whole cow. Bumping it bump it up to 8oz portions reduced that to 900 to 1000 days.
In either case, it'd take about 3 to 4 years. _________________ Positions are available in the OLBG Lottery syndicate. Multiple lines in each draw increases chances of a jackpot. Wanna join? Please PM me for info. |

i am absoluetly GOBSMACKED that Ivana/Sisqo double eveiction is 20/1 Betfair!
This is madness!!!
Lets look at the fan clubs that are likely to keep people in.
Ivana - cant see any reason why she wouldnt go.
Sisqo - hand full of teeney boppers, and a few music fans, an lets be honest, his only recognised song was the thong song.
he continually talks behind Vinnies back as he dont have the balls to say anythin to his face.
His knocking of Vinnie, will annoy people, as every1 likes Vinnie.
Apart from that...what does he do?
Stephen - he will have ALL CHRISTIANS on his side, which is a damn alot of people, he entertains people with his daftness, his pathtic little tunes coming out the diary room...an i generally think..whether small amount or whatever, 20/1 is worth takin...
Remember....the people who gamble, are NOT the people who pick up the phone!!!! _________________
