I don't know what's happened, but I've only got hand histories from the later stages of both games . I asked Ladbrokes if they could send me both complete hand histories but they couldn't, so the write up is limited (I've posted the history for the hands I've got). Sorry guys.
Table 1
We were Pooh-less (apparently his foot and his monitor got a little closer than PC World recommend) so we began with 5 runners.
The first to fall was fairfranco, who was fairly short stacked with 787.50 chips (with the BB at 100) and was sat as the big blind. Borogal had the dealer button and raised to 400. I was the small blind and folded, leaving just the two of them, and FF shoved. Borogal called him and the showdown was on.
FF showed K8 off suit and Borogal showed 77
The flop helped no-one, bringing 5 A 6, but the turn seemed to give FF a reprieve with a K. Borogal was not to be out drawn though and got a 7 on the river to give her trip 7's against FF's K's. This ended the night for FF and he had to console himself with £30 a shot whiskey and hotel porn. WP fairfranco.
------------------------------
Next to go was me:
borogal1 sitting in seat 1 with 3710.00[Dealer]
Andy4Fingerz sitting in seat 2 with 280.00
Burrfoot sitting in seat 4 with 1455.00
Chapman1982 sitting in seat 5 with 2055.00
Andy4Fingerz posted the small blind - 100.00
Burrfoot posted the big blind - 200.00
** Dealing cards to Andy4Fingerz: ,
Chapman1982 folded
borogal1 raised to 400.00
Andy4Fingerz went all-in - 180.00
Burrfoot folded
borogal1 shows: ,
** Dealing the flop: , ,
** Dealing the turn:
** Dealing the river:
borogal1 wins 760.00 from the main pot
That ended me and the 2 points sees me propping up the Premier League
------------------------------
Chapman was next to go out:
borogal1 sitting in seat 1 with 4190.00[Dealer]
Burrfoot sitting in seat 4 with 2410.00
Chapman1982 sitting in seat 5 with 900.00
Burrfoot posted the small blind - 100.00
Chapman1982 posted the big blind - 200.00
borogal1 called - 200.00
Burrfoot folded
Chapman1982 checked
** Dealing the flop: , ,
Chapman1982 checked
borogal1 checked
** Dealing the turn:
Chapman1982 checked
borogal1 checked
** Dealing the river:
Chapman1982 bet - 250.00
borogal1 raised to 1000.00
Chapman1982 went all-in - 450.00
borogal1 shows: ,
Chapman1982 shows: ,
borogal1 wins 1900.00 from the main pot
Borogal's slow played Aces put an end to a good show from Chapman, UL mate.
------------------------------
Down to just Burr and Boro now and the heads up battle was a good 'un:
borogal1 sitting in seat 1 with 760.00
Burrfoot sitting in seat 4 with 6740.00[Dealer]
Burrfoot posted the small blind - 150.00
borogal1 posted the big blind - 300.00
Burrfoot raised to 600.00
borogal1 went all-in - 460.00
Burrfoot called - 760.00
borogal1 shows: ,
Burrfoot shows: ,
** Dealing the flop: , ,
** Dealing the turn:
** Dealing the river:
Burrfoot wins 1520.00 from the main pot
Borogal was too short stacked to avoid calling, and despite pairing her 6 on the river, The K's Burr had paired on the flop were too strong. WP to both players, they played some great stuff.
Table 2
Table 2 had the full 6 so kicked off with all to play for.
Though I haven't got the hand history for it I saw the unfortunate way that Gutsy went out. He and Hollywood went all-in, but Gutsy's pocket K's ran into Hollywood's pocket A's. There was no help for Gutsy on the board and he went out. VUL Gutsy.
------------------------------
Next out was Rik_2502 after a heads up with AcesJones, but I haven't got any details of this hand at all. Again, I'm really sorry.
------------------------------
Hollywood went all-in heads up with Rounder after getting bottom pair on the flop with his A6 suited, but it couldn't overturn Rounder's pocket J's:
rounderj10 sitting in seat 2 with 1990.00
jwoodywoody sitting in seat 3 with 3005.00[Dealer]
Aces-Jones sitting in seat 5 with 2120.00
Hollywood-6 sitting in seat 6 with 1885.00
Aces-Jones posted the small blind - 75.00
Hollywood-6 posted the big blind - 150.00
rounderj10 raised to 300.00
jwoodywoody folded
Aces-Jones folded
Hollywood-6 called - 300.00
** Dealing the flop: , ,
Hollywood-6 checked
rounderj10 bet - 300.00
Hollywood-6 went all-in - 1585.00
rounderj10 called - 1585.00
rounderj10 shows: ,
Hollywood-6 shows: ,
** Dealing the turn:
** Dealing the river:
rounderj10 wins 3845.00 from the main pot
UL for Hollywood but he's still joint top of the league. WP again mate.
------------------------------
With AcesJones and Rounder having about 10 BB each an all-in heads up ensued with Aces shoving from the small blind position and Rounder calling from the big blind:
rounderj10 sitting in seat 2 with 1455.00
jwoodywoody sitting in seat 3 with 6190.00[Dealer]
Aces-Jones sitting in seat 5 with 1355.00
Aces-Jones posted the small blind - 75.00
rounderj10 posted the big blind - 150.00
jwoodywoody folded
Aces-Jones went all-in - 1280.00
rounderj10 called - 1355.00
rounderj10 shows: ,
Aces-Jones shows: ,
** Dealing the flop: , ,
** Dealing the turn:
** Dealing the river:
rounderj10 wins 2710.00 from the main pot
Rounder's top pair on the flop was enough for him to claim the pot. WP Aces, a strong showing.
------------------------------
Woody and Rounder's heads up ended with a very unfortunate flop for Rounder:
rounderj10 sitting in seat 2 with 2235.00
jwoodywoody sitting in seat 3 with 6765.00[Dealer]
jwoodywoody posted the small blind - 100.00
rounderj10 posted the big blind - 200.00
jwoodywoody called - 200.00
rounderj10 bet - 600.00
jwoodywoody called - 600.00
** Dealing the flop: , ,
rounderj10 went all-in - 1635.00
jwoodywoody called - 1635.00
rounderj10 shows: ,
jwoodywoody shows: ,
** Dealing the turn:
** Dealing the river:
jwoodywoody wins 4470.00 from the main pot
Rounder's flopped 2 pair was no match for Woody's flopped straight and Woody claimed enough points to go joint top of the leaderboard. Well done to both of you, a great heads up match.
WELL PLAYED EVERYONE

Quality writeup Andy Nice one matey
I agree that there needs to be a way to proceed regarding the week 8 - week 12 fixtures, I'm thinking the original way laylaylay had intended would be the best option as we all agreed to that originally. I will dig around the online poker forum to see if I can find out exactly what that was...it was either top 3 vs top 3 or top 3 vs bottom 3.
If you want to leave the fixtures to me for this week, I'm cool with that
If anyone wants to discuss a better / alternate way of deciding the fixtures, speak now or forever hold your tongue! _________________ Click here to join the OLBG Poker crew - friendly players, excellent banter, share your tips every Monday and Thursday at 8:35pm |

Hi guys. I'm just wondering if one of you kind folks can take over my write up duty for tonight's premier league please. I've had a week of problems with Ladbrokes which means the site keeps crashing on me.
I don't mind swapping with someone who is due to do a later one. |
