Does anybody else agree Margot Did is a massive price in the 2.35 at York? She's been highly disappointing in two runs since returning from Meydan, but a return to form at a course and distance she loves, she would beat this lot with a degree of ease? Stable are going much better now too. Sentaril obviously has room for further improvement but not convinced she wants a step back in trip and I think you've got to have deep pockets/mental to bet on her at 5/4 with Kelly Harrison on top!
A huge deal has to be taken on trust with Margot Did but she's surely the value in the field at 10/1? |

| Elusive Kate is as high as 18/1 in places and i can see her price dropping from the Gosden Factor for those looking to trade out. However, as we know she was a very good juvenile filly and it wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility for Gosden to have her ready. Frankie also is an interesting booking with William prefered for what looks like their first string. |

Night Lily runs on turf in a handicap for the first time since the Silver Cambridgeshire last year where she was nowhere in the 17:20 at HQ. It is very easy to write off this mare as "just an all-weather horse", but is that the case?
She was second in a Glorious Goodwood handicap last year but appears to have moved to new heights over this winter as a 6yo, her second to Chachamaidee in a Group 3 a couple of runs ago looks following a fair run at Epsom lto?

My selections for tomorrow are:-
GLEN MOSS
Ran 3rd behind sholaan. Felt like the jockey knew the race was lost, also sholaan I feel Just had. Freakishly good run in horrid coditions. The trio pulled clear. And glen moss now has a 12lbs pull. Can't be passed up at 11/1.
GOLDEN LILAC
I havent got too much info on this horse. But there us a hell of alota hype and watched an interview with the great John gosden and in this interview he said he is the banker of the meeting and Telly can't see anything beating it. If it's good enough for gosden it's sure as hell good enough for me. Get in evens while you still can.
FURY
Been in great form this year. Up against from what I can see is the weakest field yet and is my personal banker of the day, that could be an omen for the horse.
Best of luck all. |

| One that i'll be interested in seeing tomorrow is Chapple-Hyam's Pearl Diva. If i recall correctly, there was some talk last season that the yard held this filly in really high regard and reckoned she would be a Group horse. Was just pipped by Lily's Angel in a listed contest last season, who after that was just headed in the Weatherby's Super Sprint and has some very creditable efforts in Group company. Given an easy ride on her seasonal reappearance and with the stable in such good form i'd be hoping for a good run. Currently the outsider and prices of 33/1 can be got. |

I think it may be foolish to underestimate the chances of Jadanna in the 2.25 Newmarket - she looked ready for the step up to six furlongs when a fair fifth behind Ceiling Kitty in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot and with conditions to suit makes enough appeal to play Each Way at a generous looking 12/1 with Ladbrokes.

| I like to scan the morning markets to just skim my eyes over each race very quickly, to see if I see anything that makes me smile. Today I got to the 3.10 York and I see THE SIXTIES is running, going for a reward of £7,000. This ran two days ago when to a lot of eyes, while it very nearly won, it was not knocked about. I wonder if Mick Channon said to Mathew Davies, you can win but remember this is a warm-up for Friday. It could take 7K here and then go and win a maiden. Interesting it's back out here in any case. |
