carroll helped greatly by been so fresh and one few players coming in probably at his peak well taken header, and see england getting their 2nd by a simliar goal.

Was a good comeback and we showed fight, but I am not getting carried away. Mark Lawrenson actually got something right when he said 'New Manager same old England'. Panic as soon as the equaliser went in. Do that against Spain or Germany and it will be curtains for us. Luckily it was Sweden tonight and not either of them.

Defence is a big worry after some poor defending for the 2 swedish goals but what a comeback in the second half, superb stuff and the goals we scored were top class get in Very Happy

tonight exposed our weaknesses, good to know now in the groups than in a knockout match, hopefully Wroy can fix these (our defence and someone in midfield shouting some orders). basically our name is on the trophy Smile

What was he watching, his first touch was woeful, he ran into people not space and his use of the ball was wasteful. Took the goal well but that does not make it a good game.

England got luck against a very poor side and will struggle to go much further although we know a draw next week.
