Accumulator Tips For Next Season

Ok, I had an accumulator ready to go for next season, but i found out today that Rahhagel wasn't going to be the manager of Hertha Berlin next season which is a deal breaker for me.

I have these so far

West Ham to stay up
Reading to saty up
City to win the title

Does anyone have any good tips with a bit of value?
