Using this purely as an example. But would appreciate any help.
Example (Poll Question To The Public):
If you vote. Who would you vote for to stay in X-Factor this week?
If this was a Poll question on a Free Website would it be allowed? May sound like a silly question but feel the need to ask.

Thanks guys.
What I am actually trying to confirm is whether it is okay to have a poll such as the one above on a free website? Was hoping someone would know. As, if popular, u could technically gain an advantage in knowing who is going.

Thanks OT. There's no site mate. Not trying to advertise here lol. Its just an idea me and 2 mates are tampering with. Just trying to cover myself from all angles before I even consider getting involved.
