Great Bookie Just Got Better
The recent addition of best odds guaranteed just gave me another reason to bet with Coral. Competitive odds and a vast range of ante post racing prices make them one of the best bookies around.

Awful customer service
Opened an account via OLBG with the Sprinter Sacre even money Cheltenham Offer.

Also placed a few other bets including a winning trixie and then with SS winning at Cheltenham I tried to withdraw my winnings.

Corals then suspend my account and I have for the last seven days+ been trying to contact their customer services via email/facebook and the supposed 'helpline' that you can't get through on. Have eventually received a reply from their account verification team who are now demanding my passport/utility bill and a DNA sample OK, that last one is not true before they will review my account and release my funds.

A quick look at their facebook page shows there's a few hundred others in the same boat.

Awful service and I will not be using them again once this farce has been resolved.

dull and restrictive
Utterly dull experience, flat caps and whippets. And that's just the web site.

Even a sniff of a decent run and you are locked down so tight you can't make a decent bet. To quick to limit your account for no good reason - just see punters as cash cows to be milked.

Disgraceful
I haven't done much betting in my life and thought I'd just have a bit of fun. My bets were small and when I had a few successful wins they started to monitor my account. They then either refused to accept my bets or offered to accept �0.05 per line only. They only like people who lose and their customer service revolves around the phrase "We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet without giving a reason" Which was constantly given in reply to my complaints. They then closed my account without any notice.Avoid this company like the plague!!! I've just been told I have to give them a least 1 star or you won't accept my review. Begrudged as I would have given none.
