Fulham v Stoke

I like the look of Stoke to get at least a draw here. They have been poor recently and have had a pretty poor season by their standards. They have lost their last couple of home games but have been better on the road. Their overall record on the road isnt great 4-2-6 but have only lost one of their last five away games and that loss was at man utd. They are dangerous with Pennant, Etherington and Crouch and although they havnt been scoring many goals, Jerome has looked dangerous for them.

Fulham have a decent enough record at home with five wins, four draws and three defeats. They have however lost their goal scorer and were held to a draw by westbrom in their last home game.

Close and i think stoke can get something.

Bolton v Wigan

This looks close but i fancy wigan to get something. They still sit rock bottom in the league, five points off safety and are getting desperate. They have a 2-2-8 record on the road and got a good draw at home to everton lto. As bad as they have been they can still be dangerous with players like moses, Gomez, McCarthy, Di Santo etc.

Bolton have been poor at home where they have won only twice. They were on a decent run having only lost two in ten but were beaten 2-0 at norwich lto and looked pretty bad.

I wouldnt trust Bolton home or away at the moment. They are capable of winning this one but wigan are just as desperate if not more and will be dangerous on the counter.

Blackburn v QPR

Blackburn was playing ok but still getting beaten which is worrying. They couldnt have made a worst start at arsenal last week and after getting a man sent off they were ripped appart. They need to pick themselves up after that and they will welcome back Yakubu upfront. They concede far too easily though and with no Samba or Nelson, they look vulnerable.

QPR have been doing alot better under mark hughes and made a great start against wolves. They went down to ten men though and could not hold on. They can still be a little poor at the back but they have been better on the road and with zamora upfront they should score more. They gave Villa a tough game in their last away match and they should do the same here.

Its a game that could go either way imo but i do like the look of both teams scoring.

5:40 Wolverhampton

there's some rubbish in this one. Bachelor Knight is expected to follow up a good effort lto while Flow Chart shouldn't be too far away despite return to this surface. There are some out of form runners here that if reprucing there best could get involved at bigger prices. I'm going to side with one that is yet to win a race but has been running consistently well recently, LISSELTON CROSS.

the selection trained by Martin Bosley has been fitted with a visor and has improved recently. Has rarely been beaten all that far really but was a very good 3rd lto, 3 lengths behind avonvalley. Step up in trip could be ideal right now and with visor on again, Luke Morris taking the ride, could be the one to beat.

3:30 Wolverhampton

Crowning Star was the one to beat even with Dr Albert running but now the latter is a non runner Crowning stars job should be even easier.

The selection has only one win so far and that was at lingfield but has run well since and gone close here. was 2nd, 1/4 of a length behind One More Roman at the end of last year. made a promising start to this year lto on this course in handicap company when 3rd, 3 lengths behind Adranian.

tried at 1m today which could help and Luke Morris takes the ride which is a plus. back down into this company and with only clean bowled as a danger, should be able to add to his sole win.

Middlesbrough v Sunderland

Boro did well to get the draw in the first game at sunderland but if they play like they have been doing in the league they wont have much of a chance here.

Full stregnth they might have caused some problems to sunderland but even then i wouldnt have them as the winners. They have struggled to score goals recently and could have to do without their main goal threat Emnes tonight. McDonald is also a doubt aswell so i just cant see them scoring here.

Sunderland have been alot more solid at the back under oneill and they should have enough to win this and keep the clean sheet.

Middlesbrough v Sunderland

Ive sided with the away win here.

Sunderland are much better under oneil. League results have improved and they have climbed the table fast. They are much tougher to beat right now and are scoring goals. They have pace and some promising young players upfront to get the goals. They were poor in the first game but can do better here.

Boro have a few injuries including their main goals threat Emnes. They lose pace and goals with him out and they have been struggling to get goals and play well recently.

Middlesbrough v Sunderland

Going to side with sunderland in this one. They did not play well in the first leg but have certainly improved under oneill. They are alot more solid and the players look alot happier now.

They have some injuries with wes brown, Lee Cattermole and Bendtner all expected to miss. However, they have the cover for them and with players like Sessegnon, McLean, Wickham etc they have plenty of attacking options. They are not conceding as many goals now either and with the experiance of john oshea at the back they should be fine here.

Boro have been poor in the league. They did well to get the draw in the first game to froce this replay but i cant see them having enough to trouble sunderland. They have injuries to Emnes and Mcdonald, thats there goal threat gone. I just cant see them having enough to hurt sunderland even with home advantage.

5:30 Kempton

Im going to take a chance on EVEN BOLDER here to get placed at least. Rightcar should go well while Dickie Le Devoir, Dingaan, Belinsky and Sherjawy cant be ruled out.

The selection hasnt won for two years but this is an open looking race and he has winning form here in the past so hoping that return to this track will end this poor winless run. Hasnt been far away in defeat the last few outings and has gone close on many occasions since winning. Was unlucky lto to have some trouble in running but with a good draw and the booking of Jimmy Fortune should go well.

3:25 Kempton

This looks a very good opportunity for LADY CAPRICE to complete a hat trick for her new yard. Theres not much to beat here with Russian Bullet a non runner, Majestic Rose maybe needing the run and Redair maybe struggling back in this company.

The selection trained by Jane Chapple-Hyam is never far away but after a few months off came good for new yard when winning at wolves, beating Villa Reigns by 2 lengths. Held on lto to beat an odds on favourite, completing a double.

5lb higher now but in what looks a poor race she can make it three wins from three outings for her new yard.

2:20 Kempton

Silver linnet might not be far away but may need the run after 330 days out. Porthgwidden Beach, White Shift, Bobbyow and Deveze could all go well but i like the look of REPLICATOR.

Has only won three races so far with the last back in jan 2011. However, rarely runs a bad race here at kempton and last win was here when b eating black baccara. Hasnt been beaten by far in recent outings but caught my eye when a very good 2nd here over 6f, 1/2 a length behind Lucky Royale. 10th of 11 here on first outing of 2012 but was only 4 lengths behind the winner and was closer lto when 5th, 5 lengths behind rightcar. I think the drop back to 5f might suit and the inform luke morris takes over in the saddle. Not many of the others can be backed with much confidence and at big odds replicator can at least get a place, maybe even improving on those three wins.

Sheff Wed v Blackpool

I'm going to side with both teams to score here. Having met twice already in the carling cup and fa cup they have been close games and this replay should be just as close. I can't call it with both in good form.

sheff Wednesday are tough to beat at home. They played well in the first leg and will fancy their chances back home with blackpool likely to make some changes.

blackpool will no doubt make some changes but they will still be tough to beat. Both sides are in fine form right now and both will be wanting this tie over in 90 mins. The last few games that the two have played have seen bit teams scoring so both are not just scoring but are conceding.

Sheff wednesday might just snatch this 2-1 but I'm more confident that both teams will score here.
