  • Sandy Lane Stakes at Haydock Key Race Trends - 28 May 2016

Robmull on 26 May at 14:40

The 188Bet Sandy Lane Stakes is a Group 2 race for 3 year olds which is run over 6 furlongs at Haydock on Saturday, 28 May 2016. The Sandy Lane Stakes was given a major boost last season when it was upgraded from Listed to Group 2 status, in an attempt to provide a suitable prep race for 3 year old sprinters that are likely to be aimed at the Royal Ascot’s Group 1 Commonwealth Cup sprint. During the past decade 7 market leaders (including 1 joint, plus 1 co favourite) have obliged for a LSP of 7.28 pts, whilst the remaining 3 winners were sent off at odds of 6/1, or shorter, which suggests that punters should concentrate on runners at the head of the betting market. Trainer, William Haggas has saddled 2 winners from just 3 runners…

  • Bets and Betting on Sweden for Euro 2016

Nicoista on 24 May at 13:54

Bets and Betting on Sweden for Euro 2016 There were wild scenes after Sweden’s 4-3 aggregate success in the all Scandinavian play off against Denmark, that booked their place in France. Earlier they had looked like automatic qualification was on the cards, however, a poor September saw them lose against Russia to a single Dzyuba goal, then three days later getting turned over 4-1 at home against Austria. Austria were the surprise package in qualifying, topping the group with 28 points after starting the campaign at 8/1 for victory in Group G. Russia finished as runners up after their campaign took a turn for the better once they had parted company with Fabio Capello, finishing on 20 points 2 above Sweden. 1. AUSTRIA 28 +17 2. RUSSIA …

  • Monaco GP - Formula 1 - Stats / Preview / Form and Early 15/2 value bet

    Ralfie1982 on 23 May at 16:22

Monaco Grand Prix Dear lord I struggle to get enthusiastic about the Monaco procession, I mean Grand Prix, I dont generally tend to like street circuits. The strange fact is that there are more wins from pole in the last race (Russia) than there are here in Monaco which I struggle to believe but the facts are out there. Star Performer : Max Verstappen How cool and calm was he in the race I said it on one of my blogs 12 months ago he was a World Champion in waiting and maybe he got a little lucky with the pit stratedgy of Ricciardo but he took no prisoners and was excellent and didnt put a foot wrong. Dunce(s) : Lewis and Nico : Not alot to say that has not already been said, they looked more like…

    pompeybuster12 on 24 May at 22:15

PBF MOVING THE IRISH GUINEAS FORWARDS The Irish Guineas meeting features some of the best racing of the year and this year was no exception, the English equivalent represents a chance to plant a flag whereas here it gives the opportunity to raise that flag and rubberstamp one’s ability , this year was no exception with both of the Guineas winners in action and while both were beaten , from a ratings point of view the performances were worlds apart. It is a particulary interesting meeting for me to watch as my mother was from Newbridge and The Curragh was the first racecourse I ever set foot on. • Euro 2016 - GROUP F Preview & Selections

    botev1921 on 22 May at 22:10

A bit more than two weeks left before the start of the European championships and club football is now pretty much over all around Europe. As the national teams are being assembled and managers figure out their final line-ups, I am including yet another article on the topic, this time dealing with one particular group analysis. Group F is probably one of the most balanced and there is no clear favourite with enough arguments to really stand out. The markets have been pretty diverse on the individual groups and personally I consider a balanced group much more interesting to work with from betting perspective. GROUP F - TEAM BY TEAM ANALYSIS I have looked at PORTUGAL as part of my other blogs and little seem to have changed in terms of their status as a favourite that is just short of depth…

  • Group A Best Bets & Betting Preview For Euro 2016

nors on 26 May at 13:20

Group A has surprisingly been the group that has received the most betting interest on the OLBG Euro 2016 forum, especially with hosts and favourites France being a shoo in to make it out of the Group. Interest it seems has been piqued by the defensive qualities of Romania and first time Euro qualifiers Albania. Romania have a stellar defensive record only conceding 2 goals in 10 games throughout their qualification. Albania defeated Portugal and Serbia (abandoned match due to drone stopped play) and they may be better than many pundits think. It is feasible that second favourites Switzerland may be vulnerable, especially at their cramped odds. Any team that has ex Arsenal defenders Djouro and Senderos in their squad can concede at any time! The Swiss who co hosted Euro 2008 surely missed their opportunity in that tournament and…
