So last week, ended as one of ultimate frustration, we saw Thomas and Kirk both finish in the Top 10, but not get into the paying places from a betting perspective. • American Grand Prix - Formula 1 - Preview, Stats and Tips

    Ralfie1982 on 17 Oct at 12:54

Grand Prix Well for those Lewis fans amongst us it's not looking good now is (ME)? For those who had a bet on Nico when he was 4/1 after LH took the championship lead a few weeks ago it's looking very rosey (ME). It the title race over? No, of course not, if Lewis wins every race and Nico comes 2nd it means he gets a 28 point swing so it's naturally still going to be close I also think we might see Nico get one or two problems (I tend to think they’ll even themselves out). So to the good old US of A, can i get a Yeeeeehha? No OK. I will move on. This is one of my favourite tracks, so much room for overtaking its unreal, the only criticism is that the run off areas…

  • How to Make Money Trading Bookmakers Short Priced Football Favourites

nors on 20 Oct at 10:05

When you start looking at a list of matches you can easily see there is a favourite and an outsider. In some matches the favourite is a clear fav and in others the difference between the fav and the outsider is narrow. The draw in many cases will also be a short price. These narrow matches the bookies find hard to separate the teams. The bookmakers set odds based on statistics and which teams they expect bettors to support. As we know bookmakers make a profit on whatever the result by building in an over round, you can read more about this at the OLBG Betting School. So when we see a match where the odds are close we know that the bookies are in a bit of a quandary unsure on which team should be favourite. They have a…

  • Horse Racing Trends - Issue 8 - 18 to 24 October 2016

Robmull on 17 Oct at 16:28

The purpose of this blog is to provide trends based information that will hopefully assist readers to identify value and profitable wagers throughout the week. The content of this blog should not be considered as a source of free horse racing tips, however in my opinion, the data can be used to produce a list of potential candidates that can then be assessed further through the use of form study, race and ground conditions, plus any draw/pace bias, etc, to identify likely winners and hopefully profitable bets. Although it is highly unlikely that all of the trends detailed below will prove profitable to follow immediately, many of the statistics should be worth noting for consideration in the future. My intention is to update this blog on a daily basis, with information that will generally relate to the following day’s race meetings,…

  • The Southampton Perspective - Inter vs Saints Betting Preview and Tips

danbradley on 20 Oct at 11:03

Inter vs Southampton The Saints were already in good spirits going into the international break, but there was some concern that, after a couple of 0-0 draws, there could be a possibility of the momentum having been lost with that rest period. That doesn't seem to have been the case, though, with Saints picking up where they left off, with perhaps the best half of football produced this season when demolishing Burnley in the second half at St Mary's. The (rather soft) penalty conceded by Dusan Tadic is a bit of a blow, though, as it ended Fraser Forster's clean sheet run as he approached another record. Next up is the most prestigious game in many years for the Saints, as they travel to the San Siro to face Inter Milan. The Nerazurri have been unable to field a full-strength team…
