by Ralfie1982 on 02 Aug at 20:40
Premier League Week 1 Every year for as many years as I can remember the 1st week of the premier league and other leagues for that matter have ripped my coupon to pieces every which way you look, but having been a member of OLBG for just over 12 months and watch some real experts show some decent tipping I am determined to try and put that to good use. Below I have listed all the Premier League games for week 1 and then where I think there might be any signs of a safer bet. The Fixture List Man Utd v Tottenham 12:45 Bournemouth v Aston Villa 15:00 Everton v Watford ..
Champions League Qualifying Rounds - Rising & Falling Teams
by botev1921 on 01 Aug at 00:11
While the Champions league is still at an early stage, I personally consider those early rounds much more interesting than the actual group stage. For one, the teams involved are much more exotic and it is really rare to have the opportunity to watch them at any other time of the year and if that isn’t enough, there are more balanced encounters than those you would normally watch when the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern have to deal with the formality of a group stage. In this blog of mine, I will take a quick look at how things have gone in the early rounds, the first legs of the 3rd Qualifying Round more specifically and what conclusions we can draw about the different European countries and the quality of their leagues from the performances of their champions..
West Ham United Pre-Season
by redhammer on 02 Aug at 18:37
Ins and Outs Well the first person to go at Upton Park in the summer was Sam Allardyce, and from majority of Hammers. YAS!! The football in the first 6 months was unreal, pace, creativity, a winning and entertaining brand of football. But as soon as Nolan and Carroll was fit, Downing, arguably the best player in that team, was moved to accommodate his skipper and Sakho and Valencia were rotated and pushed wider to allow Big Andy the central role. And the football was dire. Long ball after long ball and zero threat. Opposition keepers could have had a cup of tea at some stages. When were were winning it was 'park the bus' tactics. The board didn't leave anyone guessing and within minutes off the final whistle on the last game, Hammers fans celebrated. In came Slaven Bilic, not everyone's..

Ante-Post bets for European leagues
by Epic on 30 Jul at 15:48
In recent years I have discovered the magic of ante-post bets for myself. I've always made bets here and there, but only recently I started to do more research regarding the selections as I feel they offer great value. I've been quite successful in picking out the winners and losers even before a ball has been kicked. And isn't it great when a long season has ended and you get an extra sum from pretty much nowhere added to your account? I've certainly enjoyed it and hopefully, if you follow my tips, you could also win big with bets made before the new football season has started. I've picked out ten ante-post bets, all with at least even odds, from European leagues. FRANCE Bordeaux to finish TOP 6 in Ligue 1 @ 2.20 (Unibet) Since winning the Ligue title in 2009 Bordeaux..
