29 April 2016 15:29

Trainers To Follow In May

 By Scratville in Horse Racing

30 April 2016 22:47

A fantastic April leaves the blog +£64. 36 LSP for the year and sets us up for the another winning year. Can't keep relying on big priced winners though so this month we can hopefully get that strike rate up towards the 20% mark. It's going to be a really busy month with 18 trainers I wouldn't normally have so many but the figures are good and I can't justify omitting any.... more

Chester Cup Stats & Trends

By The Executioner in Horse Racing

20 April 2016 16:32

Despite there being Group races and traditional classic trials taking place at the May meeting it is the Chester Cup that probably has more history attached to it’s status. First run way back in 1824 and originally called the Tradesmen’s Cup until 1874, it then became known as the Chester Trades Cup for a decade but was often referred to simply as the Chester Cup and that was the title adopted in 1884 to the present day.... more

Manchester United V LEICESTER. Title Decider?

 By davidg3907 in Premier League

29 April 2016 21:11

Manchester United v LEICESTER CITY Surreal as it would have sounded at the beginning of the season, a win for Leicester would see them crowned champions while virtually extinguishing United’s hopes of a top four finish. With so much at stake, it should prove an entertaining competitive game; if the stakes don’t turn it into a stalemate. LEICESTER’S APPROACH Leicester would normally be more than happy to take a point home; indeed that may also be sufficient for them here.... more
