You can only take part if you fulfil both of the following criteria:
you are not an existing or a previous Betfair account holder; and
your Betfair account will be registered in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
If we find that you have taken part in this promotion using a duplicate account or that you have used more than one account to participate, we reserve the right to withhold your free bet and any winnings earned on the duplicate account.
What do I need to do?
You first need to open an account using a valid six-letter promotional code.
Then, you will need to place a Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) bet (minimum stake £/€5) at odds of at least 1.2 (1/5) within 30 days of opening your account. Only your first bet to be accepted will count for the purposes of this promotion.
Exchange bets are excluded from this promotion.
What are you offering me?
Within 24 hours of your qualifying bet being accepted, you will be offered a free bet equal to the value of your qualifying bet up to a maximum of £/€50.
How can I use my free bet?
You'll be able to see details of your free bet in the Free Bets section accessed through the header on the main website.
Your free bet must be used within 30 days on any Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) market at odds of at least 1.2 (1/5).
To use your free bet, add a selection to your betslip that meets the terms and conditions of this offer. If you make more than one selection in your betslip which would comply with the terms of this offer, the free bet will be applied to the selection with the longest odds.
Is there anything else I need to know about my free bet?
Your free bet can only be used once. If you stake less than £/€50 with your free bet, the remainder will not be useable.
Stakes are not returned with winnings if your free bet wins. Your winnings will be credited to your main wallet. |

Bigger Profits
I keep a full record of all bets to my advised prices, industry sp and Betfair Sp too. In that past 10 months by betting betfair Sp on all selections, the returns are five times what they would have been at Industry Sp. Quite simply, if you are not betting on betfair your are literally throwing money away

Get A Betfair Account Now!!
I was an old school punter until a few years ago but I finally decided to open up a Betfair account to have a look and it was by far the best move I ever made. Not only were the profits from regular backing far better but the option to trade pre-event or in-play was available to me aswell as the whole new world of laying which is now responsible for the majority of my income even though I had never heard of laying a few years back. Bottom line - whether you are a serious, casual or even a couple of times a year punter you need to get yourself a Betfair account. They are the best by a country mile in my opinion and until you open one up you are constantly losing potential profits.

Do Not Bet without Betfair
It amazes me whow many people do not have a betfair account. Get real folks it is the 21st Century. Much better prices and much better bet options (lay and back). Their forum is a bit of a cesspit and reminds us how bad the OLBG forum could be without effective policing. But anyone betting without Betfair in their armoury is not betting seriously.

Betfair offers so much more than your average bookie if you know what you are doing, with the ability to lay selections as well as back them plus you can trade for a profit. The odds are usually some of the best on the market but ensure you factor in the commission.

cracking idea where you pit your wits against the other betters - there's nearly always someone prepared to match your bet either way which is very handy indeed - better odds too and the whole aspect of trading is a godsend as you can sensibly settle for less but more often - huge difference to the whole world of betting - only downside being the time delays and suspended markets - there is an obvious advantage for the lucky few but there are still plenty of opportunities to make a nice return using a bit of common sense and some knowledge
